The Department has begun—but has not concluded—its selection process for proposals that may advance to negotiate power purchase agreements (PPAs). DEEP will inform those selected to move on to contract negotiations soon. In the event that buyers are unable to successfully conclude PPA negotiations with selected bidders, the Department may direct the buyers to begin negotiations with additional project applicants. The Department appreciates your patience as this phase of the RFP progresses.
